Pirate's Treasure Hunt

We are going to be in Charleston this weekend with our three kids - 10, 8 and 5. I saw some information about ';The Brass Pirate'; offering treasure hunts for $30. Does anyone know anything about this - if it%26#39;s worth the money, how long it takes, etc?? Thanks!!

We just had the owners come and do a little song and dance for our employees. I think that it sounds pretty cool. You pay the $30, you get a nice take home souvenier and you get a pirate map that gives you clues of where to look for the buried treasure somewhere in the city. You say that you have kids, and I think that this is a fun activity for the family. Not only is it fun to have a scavenger hunt, it is a fun way to teach kids a little bit of history too.

I am also in Charleston @ end of June with 3 kids - do you have any contact info for The Brass Pirate? Thanks

Went to Charleston, went to the Brass Pirate. GREAT FUN!!! The whole family enjoyed it and we learned a lot! Went with 3 kids - 3, 11 and 14 - they had a great time, too. It%26#39;s a lot of walking (we took about 2.5 hours) so bring some water and a stroller for the little ones but definitely go! We saw a lot of interesting sights that otherwise we would have missed.

Thanks for some postive feedback~ Glad you enjoyed the Pirate walk.
