Need Advice on Forest Dunes Resort Condo 1803

Has anyone stayed there? We%26#39;re thinking of staying there in October and want some reviews beforehand on there. I%26#39;ve heard people say on here to get an A Rated condo, how do I get the rating on a condo? This is our first family vacation and I want it to be a good experience. I have also heard that North myrtle Beach is somewhat cleaner than the south end. I%26#39;m mainly wanting confirmation that this particular condo is a nice condo to stay at so we don%26#39;t regret staying there. Anyone stay at the 1803 condo? Also, how are the elevators at that hotel? And the pools? Any advice would help me in making my final decision. Thanks!

Also, how are the beds? I read in some reviews that they were hard as rocks. We%26#39;re staying 4 days, we want soft beds.

Also, what are the odds of having a hurricaine in October??? lol That%26#39;s one of the reasons we wanted to go in October, less of a chance of hurricaines and less crowded, yet the temps are still around 70. Are there ever hurricaines in October at Myrtle Beach? Anyone know???

Are you traveling from London to MB for vacation??? Well the weather is still good in October. What part of the month? And yes, there is still a chance of a hurricane in October.

We stayed at the Forest Dunes 2 years ago and it was TERRIBLE! I don%26#39;t remember the condo number but it needed repairs and the bed was hard. The pools were small and no kiddie pool on the inside (I have a small child). They only had 1 outdoor pool and 1 indoor pool. The elevators broke on our last day and we had to bring out things down 12 flights of stairs!!!!

I, personally, would never go back there. We go to MB each October ourselves and I am researching right now. We stayed at Monterey Bay last year and we liked it but they are renovating right now and I have heard some bad things about it right now. I am considered The Long Bay Resort.
