Thanks for the info.

Interesting that there will be a 3pm boat parade at Murrels Inlet starting at Garden City point, and at the same time 3pm there will be the Golf cart parade at Garden City.

Don%26#39;t they try to coordinate the events so people don%26#39;t have to choose? Or are there just that many people to both events even at the same time? The boat parade sounds more fun though.

You would think that, wouldnt you? But really, there are sooooo many people at both, and really different events....different strokes, you know...but the boat parade is really fun! We usually hit that every year...then stay for the fireworks there!

:)

Oh, you stay there for the fireworks? But the boat parade starts at 3pm, and I understand finishes around 5pm. The fireworks is at 10pm.

So you stay there for 5 hrs, which means you%26#39;ll need to eat there.

How long does the fireworks go till? I have scuba diving next morning at 7am. Would we see the firework almost as well from where we stay (Seawatch Landing Inn, at 215 Atlantic Av., Garden City)? I%26#39;m also concerned the traffic getting back, and my kids not to get to bed too late.
