Hot Fish Club vs Drunken Jacks

I saw a post on here were someone%26#39;s favorite place was Hot Fish Club! Our favorite place is Drunken Jacks and I was wondering about Hot Fish Club!

What type place is Hot Fish Club? Does it compare to Drunken Jacks. WE have two small children and is it more upscale than Drunken Jacks?

I%26#39;ve been to the website, but wanted a personal opinion!

Exactly were is it located compared to Drunken Jacks?

Hot Fish Club vs Drunken Jacks

I really like both of those restaurants, but probably prefer Hot Fish. I enjoy the option of eating inside the restaurant, on the screen porch or out in the Gazebo. I wouldnt say that its more ';upscale'; that Drunken Jacks, but I do think the food is presented that way (does that make any sense??) I think the menu at Hot Fish is just a bit more creative too.

Guess I%26#39;ve seen families with small children enjoy both places, but one thing the Hot Fish diffinately has over Drunken Jacks is the Gazebo area, with the live music and the tire swing! Just like being at a friends house on the inlet!

I completely agree with everything MBC said. Both restaurants are wonderful but I also like the environment (especially the gazebo area) at Hot Fish Club more. Great food at both though! Enjoy!

Just back from Myrtle beach. where is the Hot fish club????

I thought it was at Murrels inlet and we walked up and down the boardwalk and did not see it. We ate at Drunken Jacks and did enjoy it.

Hot Fish is just about as far south as you can go in Murrells Inlet, and still be in Murrells Inlet...they are NOT connected (yet) to the marshwalk....Not sure if you saw Nances, but they are just a few places down from there....be sure to put it on your must tries for you next trip!

ok will do that. when we were leaving Murrels we drove south just a short distance and then thought we had it wrong and it was not in this area at all. Guess we did not go far enough. Will just HAVE TO go back. :-)
