Longbay resort?

How far is it to broadway, and how are there restaturants, and are their nearby stores? also do they have kids activity%26#39;s thanks in advance.

eb556, have you looked at the reviews for Longbay? Go to the

left of this screen, scroll down to Longbay and click. Looks like a nice hotel, pretty good reviews. I believe its not far from Carolina Winds, so that is a good area of Myrtle Beach. ';Broadway'; would be about 4 miles maybe.

Myrtle Beach is very easy to get around in, resturants and shopping are pretty much all along Hwy 17. So no matter where you stay, you are within maybe 5-15 minute drive of activites, resturants, etc.

Longbay resort?

Longbay is in the area we call the Avenues....its towards the north end of the MB area....you are about 6 miles to Broadway and about 8 miles to Barefoot Landing....as for restaurants, you have a number of places to grab a bite within walking distance along the beach:

Martins%26#39; (dinner only)

Starbucks

River City (burgers/sandwiches)

Ultimate California Pizza

Liquids (coffee/martini bar)

St Clements (beach bar)

And maybe 3 blocks to some of my favs in the ';Bistro'; district:

As for stores, you have a grocery, a Stein Mart, and a few botique style shops in the Bistro District. Not sure on the kid%26#39;s activities, but I would think they would have some type of agenda to give the youngsters something to do.
