Help me chose between Renaissance/Pickney/Venue/Elliott

I am coming to visit Charleston in a few weeks.

I have 2 nights I am staying at the Renaissance with a good priceline rate.

Now I am going to add 1 more night:

My options about the same rate ($ 120)are:

Renaissance,

Elliott House,

Vendue,

Andrew Pinckney,

Also for just a litle more ($150) is the Holiday Inn-Historic.

Help me chose between Renaissance/Pickney/Venue/Elliott

I would either continue to stay at the Renaissance, the hotel is beautiful and is right in the downtown area or I would move to the Elliott House Inn. It is a smaller more intimate inn. It is also in the middle of downtown and has very nice rooms. The Elliott House has a central courtyard with an outdoor jacuzzi. They include your breakfast in the morning and an afternoon wine and cheese.
