Has anyone stayed here or know where this is located on the island? And if so what is it like? Thanks

Waterside is located behind Coligny Plaza Shopping center and the Heritage Plaza Shopping centers.

It is secluded and a walk from the beach.

A friend of mine is staying here and she seems to think it is located on Dillion ave(which I know is out by the airport. Do you have a street name on this resort? thanks so much

De Allyon Avenue is by Forest Beach. The Player%26#39;s Club Condo is there. I believe Waterside is off of Avocet Street which runs off the back of the Coligny Center, near the Piggly Wiggly. The SeaCrest Beach and Tennis is directly across from the Pig, but there is a newer timeshare a block further back. It is my understanding that%26#39;s Waterside. Spinnaker has most of it%26#39;s Timeshares in Shipyard. Waterside is the exception.

Dillon Road is mid island and near the airport. I know of no timeshares in that area.

Thanks so much. This is what I was looking for. I think the street name De Allyon was mispelled for her as Dillion. It is located at the location you mentioned. My friend is coming in the fall and I am coming back in Aug. so I can get an idea where it is located then.

We own at Waterside and are going week after next to Waterside. We can answer description questions when we get back. What in particular are you looking for?

I stayed at Waterside for the first time last month and it was great. Beautiful grounds and villas, with activities scheduled everyday. However, it is not gated and the beach was about a 10 min. walk. It is on Waterside Dr, located behind the Beachwalk Hotel %26amp; Condos, which is behind Aunt Chiladas on Pope Ave. The Management company in on De Allyon Ave., but check in is at the resort.
